At Sprayman Power Products, we are committed to ensuring prompt and reliable delivery of your orders. Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times shown at checkout.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will also receive a separate notification when your order has been shipped.

Note: Shipping or processing delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to courier/logistics issues beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We provide calculated shipping rates based on your location, which will be displayed at the checkout page.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.
• Free shipping is available on select products, irrespective of order value.
• If a product qualifies for free shipping, it will be indicated at the checkout page.

Local Delivery (Ludhiana Region)

We offer local delivery services within Ludhiana:

• Delivery hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
• If applicable, the delivery charge will be displayed during checkout.
• You will be contacted via phone or SMS prior to delivery.

In-Store Pickup

You can skip shipping charges by opting for free local pickup from our warehouse:

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and package weight.

Note: Import duties, taxes (including VAT), and other applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer once the shipment reaches the destination country.
